1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of a company or organization to use Tara.
1.2 Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Subscriptions and Payment
Some features of Tara may require a paid subscription.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Tara platform—including software, design, logos, and code—are owned by Nonceblox or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
4. Confidentiality
You agree to treat all information and data accessed through the platform—such as employee records, payroll information, and internal company data—as strictly confidential and to use such information only for legitimate business purposes.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of Tara is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, Tara, or third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tara and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
