Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use Tara on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for account activity and credential security.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Tara, upload harmful content, reverse engineer the platform, breach security systems, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Subscriptions and Payment
Some features may require paid subscription. Payments are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, code, and platform content are owned by Nonceblox or its licensors.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if usage harms Tara, users, or third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
